About The Centre

General Information

  1. Dress Code: The dress code for all functions at The Centre is business casual to formal evening attire. Please notify your guests of dress code to avoid upsetting your guests.

  2. Smoking: The Centre is a non smoking facility.

  1. Food and Beverage: Outside food or beverage is not permitted. Excluding wedding cakes.

  1. Seating: Standard seating arrangement is round tables of eight. Other seating arrangements are possible. For additional information, please contact your in house coordinator.

  1. Service charge and Taxes: All food and beverages are subject to service charge and all applicable taxes.

  1. Audio-Visual Equipment: The Centre Can provide Audio-Visual support to your function. Advance notification is required. Additional charges apply.

  1. Stage and dance floor: Available, additional charges apply.

  1. Valet Parking: Available upon request, Additional charges apply.

  1. Coat check: The Centre will arrange for coat check service upon request, additional charges apply.

  1. Ice Carving: Custom designed ice carvings are available, additional charges apply.

  2. Lost and found: The Centre is not responsible for loss or damage to any article or merchandise that is left at the centre.

  1. Deposit: A portion of the function cost is due upon booking. This portion is equivalent to the room fee. This amount varies depending on the size of the room and the day of the week. $1000.00 to reserve space (non refundable), payments may be made prior to event by cash, check, credit card. Final payment must be made seven (7) days prior to event. Please refer to your contract for additional information.

  2. Room Minimums: Each room requires a minimum guest guarantee. Please refer to your contract for more information. If Minimum number of guest is not met, the final bill will be based on the minimum guarantee on the contract. All ballrooms have guest minimums per ballroom.

  3. Final confirmation: Confirmation of the guaranteed number of guests is required three days prior to the date of your function by 11.00 Am. Charges will be made according to the confirmed number. This number Must meet the requirement of room minimum. Final guest count is required 72 hours prior to event. Additional charges for additional guests will be due at this time.

  4. Transportation: We encourage you not to mix drinking and driving. We will be happy to arrange for transportation. Please notify the manager on duty.
